Testimonials
Pediatric Occupational Therapy has a long history with families in Tulsa, and the impact on the lives of these families is undeniable. Below is a small sample of the families we’ve helped.
“We started seeing Heather when my son was about 3 years old. We were having some issues at school and at home that we couldn’t quite put our finger on. Heather changed our lives for the better. Not only because she could tell me what was happening with my son, but also for the first time I felt like I could do something to help. We had a plan and I understood it. Also, my son absolutely loved spending time with Heather. She was always very kind and encouraging. He graduated from OT when he was about 5 years old and he still talks about wanting to go back to see Mrs. Heather.

“Heather is an attentive and thorough professional who is fantastic with our young son. We are convinced we are her only patient, and our son’s capability improves by the week.”
“Lily loves doing the exercises. In fact one time in the middle of her exercises she stopped and said “these exercises make me feel happy”. It almost made me cry! Now we will start working on these new exercises. We can’t tell you how much we appreciate you! Lily is so excited to come see you again after fall break!”
“Heather worked with our family to come up with a plan and exercises to help our son learn to strengthen his fine motor skills, get rid of infant reflexes and to help with his impulsive behavior! He LOVED going every week and after a few months the improvements were amazing!
He is now flourishing in Kindergarten after working with Heather for 1 year! She helped him learn to strengthen his fine motor skill and reduce his impulsive behaviors! She taught us about reflexes and how that work & interfere with our “normal” development. We are so thankful for the recommendation to visit Pediatric Occupational Therapy LLC! We loved how personal she is, how encouraging she is and how quickly she responded to our questions! He loved her sweet & fun personality and how she always had new things for him to try!

“Our daughter has made significant progress due to the therapy she has received. But, the best thing about OT is that it’s fun! Mrs. O’Connor has been a blessing to our family and we will always be grateful to her for the knowledge, skill, and compassion she has given us.”
“Thanks so much for your support! I love the relationship you and Cole have!! You’ve been a blessing to us!”
“I never would have believed how important crossing midline is for academic success - had I not seen it with my own daughter. She was struggling with reading and math. Within just weeks of starting OT with Miss Debbie and Miss Heather, her reading level shot up! Forever grateful!”
“Thank you so much for all that you have done for him! You have made such a big difference from when he started last year!”
“Pediatric Occupational Therapy has been a very positive experience for our family. We have learned the reasons why our child exhibits certain behaviors during times of frustration. We have learned techniques to help her with frustrating tasks and how to help her cope during times of frustration.”
